Most of these tools require you to be able to create a CD or bootable USB drive in order to run them. This is because the best way to detect and remove a virus is to perform the removal while not in Windows, so that the virus does not interfere with the removal. Please proceed with caution because you can do serious damage using these tools if you don't pay close attention to the manufacturer's directions.
